Minutes of New Test Parish Council meeting from 11 June 2020 at 7pm.
The council held the meeting remotely.
The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020* allows the council to hold remote meetings.

1. Apologies, declaration of interest and applications for dispensation
Apologies – Councillor G Wilson, Councillor N Brown from North Kesteven District Council sent their apologies.
Declaration of interest – none declared.
Application for dispensation – none received.
2. Notes from the previous meeting from 21 May 2020
The council agreed the notes. The chairman signed the notes as the minutes from 21 May 2020.
3. Public forum
No residents took part in the forum.
4. Financial matters - schedule of payments
The council agreed on the schedule of payments.
5. Documents from annual governance and accountability return
a. The council noted the annual internal audit report.
b. The council agreed the annual governance statement – section 1.
c. The council agreed the accounting statements – section 2.
d. The council noted The Public Rights and Publication of Unaudited Annual Governance and Accountability Return for the period 15 June – 24 July 2020.
Under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the council agreed to move into a closed session for the following items: schedule of payments
6. Schedule of payments (including salaries)
The council agreed on the schedule of payments.
There were no other matters. The meeting closed at 7.45pm.
